Change the password for an email account on outlook 2019

Steps to change the password for an email account on outlook 2019 :

  1. Open Outlook 2019 on your computer.
  2. Click on the "File" tab in the top-left corner of the window.
  3. Select "Account Settings" and then "Account Settings" again from the drop-down menu.
  4. Select the email account you want to change the password for and click "Change"
  5. Enter your new password and click "Next"
  6. Click "Finish" to save the changes.
  7. Close the Account Settings window
  8. Verify that you can send and receive emails using the new password

Note: If you're prompted to enter your current password, please do so. If you or your staffs face any issues, it is recommended to check the user manual or contact the IT support for assistance.
